Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: Our company, Huaxia Muffler, is a manufacturer with its factory located in Guangdong, China. We have over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products ?
A: Our products are IATF certified. All bulk order before production, our QC department will inspect well the incoming materials, and send them to engineer department to make a bulk order sample. When engineers make the bulk order sample and test well, they signed the paper and send it to the production department to produce. All products must undergo inspection after completion. A final inspection is required before shipment.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it takes about 30 days. For the first production, it will take 1-2 mounths to develop the product initially.
Q: Do I need to pay for a sample?
A: Yes, there will be a cost of the tool and mould during the early stage of partnership. However, once you become our stable partner, we will consider not charging any mold fees.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: We usually do 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We can also flexibly accept other payment terms depending on the situation.
